Finally remembered to wash my hair.

I have to admit, when it comes to doing things I should, I have a bad habit of putting it off.I know I should wash my hair a couple times a week, but can often go a week or more before I get around to doing it. I really need to be more self-motivated to get things done.
On another note, I know what I'll be making for dinner. I just wish I knew what I could do for a snack, because it'll be a couple hours before I make dinner.

don't have to think serious about it,i sometimes put sth off, such as washing clothes, making dinner.Whatever,self-discipline is not easy.If you hate the habit, you can try set a alarm clock, when it's time to do sth,the bell ring to remind you.I ever took this measure, and achieved good effect.

When it comes to dishes and laundry, I'm usually right on top of both. Other cleaning tasks, not so much.

Same. I used to be good at washing it once a week, but once I stopped working, I've slacked off.

@Courtlynn Yeah. I know. Something about not washing too much. We have natural oils that get washed out when we do, and that's not good.

@kaylachan hairdressers have told me not to do it more than 3x a week. And to do it every other shower not back to back days

I can't stand how it looks if I don't wash it so that is my motivation. Glad you got it done!

I can't tell how my hair looks. I just know how it feels before and after I wash it.

My husband normally takes his showers in the morning. Although some days he might switch things up.

It takes a few days for me to feel it. And, then it depends on how well I feel.

@cacay1 baths are my only option, because of my health. However, that doesn't mean I have the energy to do it daily. It's recommended anyway, to give your hair a couple of days between washes.

My hair is pretty dry so now in the cool mornings I was lucky that I could get away with washing it because if my apartment is cold then with wet hair I always wind up with a head cold, Now that it ahs warmed up a bit I will finally also get to wash my hair,
