Still doing walking exercise

It's another excellent walk. I walked 15,549 steps (morning & afternoon walk combined) for 10.90 kilometers with 540.12
calories burned as recorded by Pedometer.
That's my today's walking exercise. Yesterday I made 15,179 steps.
What about you guys? How's your exercise?

You can have it within your place. No need to go any farther or other places.

Pretty good, I plan on doing 2.5 miles tomorrow. Not sure of the steps but it might be about the same. I think the app I am using does show the steps though...I will check tomorrow.

@Nakitakona Good, but I only went 2.3 miles. I will try for more next time. My legs weren't tired like they have been sometimes. I could have done more.

I have a fitbit and I've been challenging myself to make sure I get at least 5000 steps per day.
Last week, I attained 10,366 on Tuesday, 14,149 Wednesday and 20,029 on Thursday. But I find that takes quite a lot. I work at a desk all day and it's hard to set aside sufficient time to get the high numbers. Got 7869 yesterday and hope to get the same or better today. And thanks for the reminder! I want to not only get an overall number, but I need to be up, moving about and get at least 250 per hour!! Happy trails!
