Got sick for days again

It started when I removed the old mattress from my bed, I didn't realize that I started having an allergic reaction.
So, from the usual running nose to a huge pile of head ache that lasted an entire day. Now it's sore throat, but recovering.
Then our family doctor came in and shocked be that I have high blood pressure. Told me to stop taking one of the meds, except the anti bacterial ones. He even prescribe me another that would helped me sleep.
So No cold drinks for the time being. Cold is not usual on this country, except Christmas months.

So far I've been recovering @merrybelle2021 I think it also had something to do with this cold lately.

I also had allergic reaction of getting old carpet up. I had a headache and stuffy nose. We are putting new laminate flooring in the two rooms that had carpet.
