Yes There is a Santa Claus

Its been a few years since i was a kid , but even though the big guy in the red suit don't leave me any presents anymore he still leaves me the best gift I could ever hope for. Every Christmas Morning , As my kids open their Santa stockings and I see the huge smiles on their faces I know that gift of happiness just keeps on giving. When I see the smile on my wife face and the love in her eyes I know that Santa has been because he keeps leaving a pile of happy kids and wife who has a smile on her face. These gifts are greater than any toy or expensive gift that I might get from the store its the gifts that keep giving year round and I never have to spend a dime to get enjoyment . In a few years from now Ill be able to look back and say to myself remember when so and so opened her Christmas stocking on Christmas morning and the look on her face? Remember when we had so much left overs we had turkey for almost a week after Christmas? I might not be a wealthy man but i am a very rich man because i have things that some of the richest people on the planet could only dream of. I have love in my heart and in my home, and as long as i have a roof over my head and food in my belly and family around me to share it with then i will consider myself one of the richest men in the world. Even though my wife may not see this , She knows I love her , she knows i support her and would do anything for her to make her happy. Almost 5 years ago i moved across the world to be with her and i would not hesitate to do it all over again. Going to watch my daughters chior resital and hearing her and her fellow chior members sing with a passion of joy for the holidays made me proud to be her dad. Merry Christmas all and remember the true gift this year isn't inside the wraper its the person it came from.
