Candance Pimentel is grateful that a man driving a pickup truck on a road in Gardendale Alabama took the time to save the life of nine year old Raylen Pimentel who was choking on a piece of hard candy on Sunday. The irony of this incident is that Candance and Raylen were going home from church when Raylen started to choke on the piece of hard candy while inside of his mom's car. Candance stopped her auto and she stepped outside to see if anyone would plea for help to save her son. God must have answered her pleas for help when a gentleman in a pickup truck stopped and he applied the Heimlich Maneuver on Raylen who had the food particle get out of his mouth. The driver of the pickup truck then left the scene before Candance could thank him personally. I look at it this way. I am sure that the angel who saved Raylen's life will meet with Candance in a private meeting since the angel was just doing his job to save a life.

It is wonderful that the child was saved, Just wondering about all the kids choking on things, I ate a lot of different candy as a child and luckily I never chocked,

That is a good question why some children do choke on candy or other foods.

It's a miracle that the angel appeared at the moment when the child needed him.

That is true since most of the drivers who were on the road most likely ignored the cries for help from the frantic mom.
