About my best friend....

My best friend stopped talking to me a few months ago.....I knew it was some family problems so I just let it go.....I almost completely forgot about her.....Then yesterday she contacted me and talked to me...She said sorry for not having contacted for so long....She told that she was having an affair with a guy in her college.....but he turned out be too sensitive and possessive.....now they have broken off but she still loves him....he was a 'bad guy' of the college....so because of being with him, no one talks to her now...she is very upset about the whole thing....I talked to her for about one hour and made her understand she should move on....I thought she took everything I said....But today morning she tells me she need more time with herself and asked if I can wait for 3 months.....She said she will call me on March 1....I said ok....I cannot see her upset and want to help her....What should I do?...Please help....
