Mental Blockage!!! How you get rid of it???!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing ok today. There are some personal issues I am facing which I can't disclose here, because of which I am having Mental Blockage the whole day. I am not able to think about anything else apart from that matter. I am struggling today as I am not able to divert my mind. Do you too experience such situations?? What do you do to get rid of it. I'm so sorry to hear that. I'd just try to do something fun and try to forget totally about what's stressing me at least for half a day. After that I should be able to think clearly about what's happening.

Yes, I do have mental block at times, especially when I'm writing, I can't find the muse. What I do is to stand up for a while and take a walk or sleep. It helps me re-focus my brain. Hope you can get out of it soon.
