Things are looking up.

Earilier I posted about my bad day. However, things started to improve. And technology continues to surprise me.
After being kicked out of my office (where I've been doing a lot of my posting and work), I fired up my Ausus, which isn't a touch screen. Before I did, my iphone started charging. I'd been surprised, because the computer went into hybernation mode when the plug came out. EWith it thinking it was off, I didn't think it would charge my phone. I have it plugged into my computer's usb-c port.
Also, I didn't lose as much battery as I thought on my asus, either. It'd been like this for over a week.

I have a touch screen one, too it's a few years old. And, it's broken. So it'd cost an arm and a leg to repair. Plus, due to it's age, it's slow. But, I'll use if I have to. Someone made a mistake when I picked up the other Asus at wal-mart. and I got the non-touch screen by accident. I decided to make it work, since I'm making more of an effort to seperate my work and play.

@Courtlynn That could explain it, too. Thease things are meant to be used. So when you don't use them in a while, things happen. I have an old laptop that's touch screen that's decided it won't hold a charge at all. If it's unplugged in, it'll die.

I strongly believe the day is what I chose it to be. And, I can turn it around.

Tell me about it. And we've come to rely on technology, too.

The battery is starting to decey, which all batteries do over time. No matter how charge cycles, or if it's plugged in all the time or not. That's just normal.

That's how advanced technology works.

Didn't think it was THAT advanced. Hell, I'm just glad, that USB-C charges just as fast as if I plugged it into a wall.

My laptop is from HP and I bought it used in Latvia then brought it with me four years ago. It has been working fine but needed a new battery and it was replaced over a year ago and now it says on the laptop to change my battery again I have to have that checked out but it keeps on working
