Dates (Khajur) Pak made at home!! Healthy and Winter Special Dessert!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Finally, winters have started in India and from pleasant it's becoming cold. In winter season, one feels good to have warm food. One of the healthy and yummy dessert recipe is Date (Khajur) Pak made by my amazing mom at home. One just needs some seedless dates. It's heated in a pan and lot of Dryfruits is added like almonds and pistachios in small cut size. Ghee is added too and it gets cooked for a while. After that it's mixture is placed on a greased tray. It's again garnished with little pieces of Dryfruits. As it gets cool down a little, pieces are made and one can enjoy eating it. It's a healthy and nutritious dessert which one can have at any time in a day. It's mostly preferred to eat in morning though. I just thought to share it with you guys. Have a good day. Take care!!!
