"JOY AND SORROW"

Some of you say " Joy is greater than Sorrow" and other say Sorrow is greater than Joy." Are they inseparable? Have we have to remain same in both the condition? Is your Joy unmasked Your sorrow. I want to remain in sorrow most of the time. What is your opinion which path do you should follows?

You should follow path of joy. Sorrow will just spoil your health. It's not worth it

I think sorrow is greater than joy. I try to stay joyful but sorrow always gets to me.
