My state worker canceled wed shift with me.

I have disabilities and need a worker for 6 hours every wed.She left her house wed. Morning but was in car wreck car accident while driving. To my condo.SHe called leading healthcare and leading healthcare called my mom and mu mom called me shortly after 9 am.She had to wait for police to come and do police report.I called her after 4 pm.She will make shift up sat.She was still able to drive her car but needs to get car fixed.
