Disappointed

Recently, I hopped online and bought a bottle of sugar-free coffee syrup. The flavor? Amaretto. I was so excited. When I took the bottle out of the packaging, I automatically made a cup of coffee. Total yuck. Made me sick. So, a couple of days ago, I emailed the company and complained. Yesterday, I received a reply. The customer service said maybe I should use some regular flavor. They said to choose any regular flavor that I want for a free replacement and that I would like the taste better instead of no sugar. So, I chose creme di dark chocolate as a replacement. Shipping being tomorrow. The whole point was not to have sugar! grrrr I guess a few pumps are not going to hurt. What do you think? I just wanted my money refunded. grrr

I know how you feel when a product you purchased make you feel ill. Hope you get your money back soon.

Instead of refunding my money, they offered a replacement flavor.

I thought you said cough syrup at first and was like "they are putting cough syrup in coffee? Are they okay?" But no coffee syrup instead. Sucks about the product making you sick hopefully the replacement is good.

I guess that is their refund policy, they will replace a flavor but no money back. Hope you will like the next one they send.
