Does water-logging happen where you live

December 25, 2021 1:34am CST
I live in a place where water-logging used to happen. But, now, it is a thing of the past. The credit goes to the administration. They have built durable roads and enhanced the height of the roads. However, sometimes, I feel very upset and crestfallen when I hark back to the days of water-logging. In the rainy season, water-logging, however, continues to torment people living in areas near my house. The administration has to cover more areas to prevent water-logging in the entire city. The administration, however, needs to be granted more time. You should take up the matter with your administration if your area gets submerged. Unless you are proactive, your issues will not be resolved. Anyway, thankfully, the monsoon is far away. For now, I would like to lap up the various glories of this winter. Water-logging can be detrimental to your health. It can trigger cough and cold and fever. You may also get battered by flu. So, take your health matters seriously. Collective efforts will definitely be rewarding and I have witnessed that umpteen times in the past.

Water logging is a major issue in our city when it rains continuously and heavily. Thankfully there has been no rain in December. We has unusual heavy rain this year.

@Presenthere We hope that too. City administration here always fail us. We can only hope that they will be better prepared in the coming monsoon season.

I live near the Sahara, so it doesn't really happen.

Glad to know that the issue is solved at your end. No luckily it doesn't happen where I stay. Yes it's a big issue everywhere which needs to be followed up proactively as said by you
