Cold wind blowing

I just went into the balcony and came back.
A cold wind is blowing.
It's just chilling.
It's close to the freezing point now I feel.
Sometimes the weather experts don't make the correct forecast.
The ground reality is completely different.
The current temperature is around 7 degrees celsius, but it is feeling like 0 degrees.
I am fully covered with clothes but still, I can feel the cold.

I know how you feel in the sense that the weather experts can only make educational guesses on the weather forecast.
