One of the Department heads retired this month and she recommended a replacement for the meantime which the Principal approved right away. He has been a friend of mine and has been working with him for the longest time. The team is excited to work with him and welcomes him warmly. He will become the subject coordinator and everyone hopes that when the position is finally opened, he will get it. When I talked to him yesterday, he was a little nervous to take the job but I assured him that the team will be on his side to help him cope with tons of work. have you welcome a new member in your team? Photo is mine

That’s great that everyone will pitch in to help out. Yes, I welcomed many over the years and many helped me when I was new. That’s teamwork.
