Working at Home While Taking Care of My Sick family

I am working from home right now. Its a good thing that its not my schedule to report to work today. Remember that hubby and daughter got sick yesterday. I was not able to sleep good last night but I am fine.
I woke up early to make sure that they would eat good breakfast before taking their medicines. So far they are quite better now. I just turned on to my laptop to work at 12 and I got a lot of emails and messages already.
It is really not easy when someone gets sick in the family and it doubles the hardship when you are a working mom.
I am glad that they are doing well now. I hope tomorrow they are totally healed because I need to leave them behind for work.

You are right. As working mothers we have to balance so many things and it gets even tougher when someone in the family is sick. Take care of yourself too. Hopefully your family will be all okay tomorrow.
