When the evening comes and it is no longer hot outside , in the house , it gets cold and I have to heat the kitchen ! I bought a wood-burning stove in the fall. At first I thought it would not live up to my expectations . Now, after a few months , I don't think I would give it up. Do you use wood stoves or just gas and electricity?

My house is uniformly heated by the heating company. My mother has a coal stove at home, which is connected with the heating in the room.I like your wood stove very much

That is not possible to use wood stoves here. In the south usually people use the air-conditioner as the heating. In the north they have central heating system and it will be much more comfortable.

Just oil for heat. We have a gas fireplace, but it doesn't though of much heat. It is mostly pretty to look at. I am glad you're enjoying your woodstove. What is the temperature there at night?

I think wood stove is cool for outdoor activities here. We are now already using electric induction stove, we also have an LPG stove as backup if power goes out and for using our pressure cooker.
