Giving up luxury spending

I have decided to spend less money on luxuries this year and only necessities as I am saving money for some personal projects, like starting a new business. What are you're spending thoughts for 2022?

I am only going to buy items that I need like print cartridges as well as batteries for the remotes and clocks online for now.

There is a few things soft 22 that I’m saving up for one being a new AC Unit, putting more money away for a house, also saving for a second car or finish paying off my husband car note.

I want to save as much as possible, but I don't think I can do much , I've already started the year with buying things at home !

Actually I have been doing so after the pandemic. I like to save more to cope with the unknown future. I don't want to buy anthing that is not necessary today.

Good ideas. Try to live frugally. Use coupons and sales flyers for groceries. Maybe drop some channels from my cable company to lower the cost of the bill.

Good luck starting your new business. We only spend money that's absolutely necessary but always leave some money for extras like going out to eat, etc.
