I just saw this week's schedule for George. On it, included an extra hour for a roll out. Bare in mind, I value my sleep. And, my sleep schedule is a bit.... unusal. With that being said, when I discovered this extra hour for the roll out, I was the one cursing. Why? Because it means I'm going to have to set an alarm. I hate doing that. Given it's timing of 9, I might be spared and he might set his usual alarm. Granted, I was surprised he wasn't going on a rant, about how his day is ruined, because he's being drug to work. Although, we did have a good laugh about it. So, we'll see what this Saturday brings.

George has gotten to that point, where his enternal clock might wake him up on time. However, he might fall back to sleep. So, I check on him to make sure he's getting up on time.

@kaylachan That’s a good idea if he needs to get to work on time.

I don't know what's happening, but I will have to go back and read a few articles you have written. I look forward to doing that very soon. :-) Meanwhile, I'm happy for George who is still has a job. Florida, I've been hearing, is doing great because of your Governor.

Yes. Many don't like him, because he won't lock down the state or force mask mandates. However, Florida is getting back on its feet, because he's making sure people have jobs (if they can be bothered to take them). There's no more emergency relief coming in (at least from Florida, itself) so that's also giving people a kick in the butt to get back to work. That being said, this discussion was about me ranting over the fact that my husband will have to go in for an hour. And, how I was surprised at myself, about how his whole day is turned upside down. He normally would've been the one cursing up a storm about it, but with his reduced hours and retirement around the corrner he's happy.

It will be one of those days I'm afraid where I might not get as much sleep as I'm used to. Worst case, I'm up and about an hour earlier than I usually am. It may or may not be a run around day, I won't know that far ahead. I know tuesday will be.

As long as you can have a good laugh, that is important.

He sounds a bit like my son in law what few times he worked. My daughter just gave up and started doing all the work herself and takes care of him.
