The brinjal plantations require vast lands

In the countryside in West Bengal vast and extensive lands are used to cultivate brinjal. In the winter presently only the leaves appear. The crops will appear 1 month later. They are fringed with potato farms as cover farming for better utility of land in the countryside.

I remember how my boyfriend was very surprised that eggplants grow with the color of rhinestones , but I thought that they were green at first , then they turned dark blue

thanks Alexandrina yes they remain green at the start. Here the brinjals will get ripe by march
