In these difficult times, many people are feeling sad and are bottling up feelings of depression and hurt. However health experts say that it is better to cry and let it out than to suppress it and stay stressed out. Crying improves your mood by soothing and easing your pain.Tears help to cleanse your eyes and remove toxins from the body. Crying calms you and helps you to get rid of grief and restore emotional balance. Crying releases feel good hormones that helps you to sleep.. watch how babies get what they want. So the next time you feel like crying.Let it all out. Create tears of joy.

@askme123 Wonderful news. I have become a cry baby lately, even when I watch cartoons.

@askme123 Yes, you are right, usually if we suppress our sadness, then we will be stressed, depressed and even depressed. So that we can experience pain. But if we cry, then our feelings will be loose, and the burden on our hearts is reduced. You seem to cry a lot.

I haven't cried for a long time. I had a crying session and I feel so sad that my eyes burst into tears. I feel a lot better afterwards

I think it's good for our health to cry once in a while

I cry whenever I feel sad or depressed. It helps to ease the pain I am feeling somehow.
