So I May Have Some Exciting News

Some of you may know I have a neuromuscular disorder and along with that comes falls, sometimes to the point of being dangerous and on that end, I am getting a Puppy whose training to be a service dog, I found someone whose willing to do the training virtually due to Covid, and honestly right now that's what I feel most comfortable with. I'm not getting a service dog, because I want it, but honestly it's coming to a point that I need it, it will give me more independence which I want, and because it's a service dog, the management is fine with it! I'll likely be getting the dog in two to three weeks, it will of course go to the vet first thing, get all the necessary shots, and I'll be hiring the trainer around the same time, technically a person can train the dogs themselves but I am going this route, because I feel it's the best! I'm just asking that you pray that everything goes well, because this is going to open new doors, and I have talked to my doctors about this before and they agreed I would know when the time was right. I took a bad fall in September, busted my lip open, did some damage to my mouth, and knees, and this dog will help me in situations like this. I'll also be able to take the dog to Church once she's trained.
