Taylor Mooney and Bailey Ferguson who are fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers whose fanbase is nicknamed "Steeler Nation" since the football team has a huge fan base nationwide wanted to travel from their home in Oak Island North Carolina to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to Heinz Field on January 3 to see their favorite football player Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback "Big Ben" Rothlisberger play in his final home game versus the Cleveland Browns were not able to make it due to Pittsburgh since snow stranded them on Interstate 95 26 miles north of Richmond Virginia.
Thanks to the power of the local media in Pittsburgh where both Taylor and Bailey wanted to tell their favorite football player that are devoted fans of his that could not be at the football game on Monday night that they tried their best to attend the game in person but could attend the game not due to the weather as well as relaying the message on Facebook.
When Ben found out about the devotion of two of his fans who could not attend his farewell home game, Ben sent to his two fans his game used gloves and his cleats as a thank you note to his fans who really appreciated his act of kindness.

@Deepizzaguy Some celebrities don't. So I like the ones that do.

@flapiz I have met a few celebrities in New Orleans that are very nice people and some who look at me like I committed the unpardonable sin of saying "Hello" to them.
