Amazon account need updating

Apparently I got and email saying my account with amazon is suspended because I need to update my account payment info. I know my prime membership is up and there doesn’t suspend anything just doesn’t in roll you. Also they are putting a hold on orders which is fine since you know there isn’t anything out that I order.

I also got the same email but did not update it as I thought it was scam

You should always just go check your account which is what I need. I did have one card that was old that I removed but all the others plus the gift cards where more then fine. Yes most likely it was a scammer trying to get information which is why I also go through my app or just go to my web browser and pull it up myself.
