Hi again, everyone. I’m back for another post, obviously lol. I decided to finally get around to a Daily Blogging Challenge post. Day 174: “Who last called you on the phone?” A receptionist at my potential therapist’s office called Wednesday morning to ask a few background checks and talk to me about the next few steps. She gave me the name of the therapist I’ll be talking to, and I did let her know (when she asked) that grief is the main reason I’m looking into therapy/counseling, but she also knows I deal with anxiety too. Sooo, I’m hoping that goes well. By the way, I’ll be seeing my therapist virtually. That works for me because I don’t have to worry about transportation.
