My religious tendencies are so weird.
When I am at a Roman Catholic Mass, I dream of watching a Joyce Meyer sermon instead.
When I am watching a Joyce Meyer sermon, I feel like I am being disobedient to my Roman Catholic faith.
Recently, I thought to attempt to watch Joyce Meyer sermons before bed as sort of a lullaby. But, of course, I needed a priest! LOL Just does not make sense!
So, Fr. Frank Pavone of Priests For Life has become my lullaby.
Do you need something on before bed?

I read the Psalms and instrumental music before sleeping.

In the past, I would listen to 9 hour smoking cessation on YouTube. You do not specifically need to be a smoker.
