The police on Tybee Island Georgia received a very strange request from a female driver on Sunday when a vulture crashed into the grill of her Toyota while she was driving on a rural road in South Carolina. The female driver told the police that she attempted to remove the vulture from the grill of her auto but she was unable to remove the animal from the trap herself much less find anyone who could assist her on her way to Tybee Island. The female driver then stopped at a police station to see if the officers could remove the vulture from the grill of her auto. The police officers were able to remove the vulture from the grill out of the auto, take it inside to stay warm before a veterinarian would come to take care of the vulture who is alive even though the animal was hurt being stuck in the grill of the auto.

I have had birds hit the windshield but it’s weird a big vulture would get down low enough to get stuck in the grill.

I always thought that vultures would stay away from flying into autos. It is odd that a vulture would land on a grill of an auto.

That is true since what I know about vultures is that they go after deceased creatures as their meal.
