Going Vegetarian Tonite

Tonite is vegetarian nite. Bought a spinach salad from Costco with spinach, cheese, eggs, cranberries. And cherry tomatoes. Also bought turkey meatballs. But saving those for tomorrow. Going to stick to my pledge of no meat Tonite. I'm going to try going cold turkey with no sugar or meat for a week. Not going to be easy. Have you quit something cold turkey?

This is healthy. I might breakdown from time to time and have a candy bar or hamburger.

I love a good spinach salad. Nothing cold turkey but I can do without meat.

A different taste from lettuce. I always ate lettuce spinach is a good salad uncooked. Always ate only cooked spinach
