Potato Soup Thawing

As the roommates are having roasts for dinner and I prefer to not have any roast, I am thawing out my leftover potato soup that I have kept in the freezer. I cannot wait! What are you having for dinner? Any other plans for the day? My praying paid off. I am afraid when the electricity goes out at night, due to bad weather. With the snowstorm we had, the electricity did not go out once. The blessed Virgin Mary interceded. While the soup thaws, I am going to grab a late lunch from the fridge.
