What would be a good and wise material investment these days? Car, house and lot, jewelries? Something that will be a valuable asset to you someday. Any suggestions?

In Belgium it's always good to buy some land, price of land has never dropped. The worst-case scenario is that the value stays the same, but it's still booming these days. A friend a me owns an online investment program, feel free to have a look at it, he's a really honest person! It's definitely not a scam!!! There hasn't been a single complaint from any member until now and it's online for over half a year already.... http://www.infinityshares.com

For me personally, if I have the money to spare. I will invest on house and gold. The prices is always going up. Car doesn't make you any money, it only makes you lose money.

house and lot because you can keep it as one of your investments and you can sold it by the time real estate is booming again....
