Jumping rope exercise Part 3

            Today just finished 500 jumping rope.
Ooops, sorry I broke my promise to do it after 30 days. lol
That's because I can't wait anymore lol.
After doing 500 jumps my feet are numb. lol
I think I need to decrease to 400 jumps only
And will incorporate 15 push ups every time I finish 50 jump rope.
Jumping rope strains the feet, so push up will also activate my arms muscles.
Will do these by tomorrow.

                    Wow! That sounds interesting. I used to enjoy jumping ropes but I have stopped it in the last two years as I was advised by the doctor after a medical procedure. My husband does it very regularly and on a good day, he can easily go above 1000 jumps.

                    at least you can keep track .. I always start squats motivated and all by day 3 am giving excuses
