Cooking Instant Noodles

I was not satisfied with my lunch, I still felt hungry, so to satisfy my still grumbling tummy I grabbed a pouch of instant noodles in the pantry. While I was boiling the water, I heard a very loud noise from my neighbor. I was bothered that I take a look through the window. When I got back, I cut open the small pouches which comprise of the flavorings. So, I let it boil together with the noodles. When 8 minutes was over I took it out of the pot. I was shocked how awful it taste. It lacks the distinct taste that I am expecting to taste. I went back to the garbage bin to check the label, and Oh la, it was a "Pancit Canton". So to make a quick fix, I added a little of soy sauce, pepper and just pretend that it tastes yummy. I don't wanna throw it out, so I need to finish it. Lesson learned, better check the label first and focus.
