After 6 days a week we are active with all kinds of business, so today is the time to relax with family while eating "Otakotak" snacks The raw ingredients for this "otakotak" are mackerel fish meat, tapioca flour or sago flour, egg whites, garlic and shallots, thick coconut milk, salt and powdered broth according to taste. It feels good to eat this snack while relaxing with family on the terrace of the house, or while watching TV. Have you ever made snacks made from fish meat and tapioca flour, like this snack of mine?
