Disappointment?

I have this disappointment toward an ISP a.k.a Globe. Everytime I call them they say not availble. I also tried chatting but they did not reply. They did not realize disappointing a customer that means losing a customer. So what makes you dissapointed from a company service? Would you mind to share your story?
