Can't Rest / myLot

I can't rest. No use laying there tossing and turning. So, I hopped online and prepared myself an espresso mocha. Would you sing me a lullaby? What are your plans for the weekend? Myself? Side hustling. My books to review are still not in. Frustrating.

If I need to sleep, I find an audio book is just the ticket. Any other restlessness is dealt with by a good canal side walk or bike ride. If in doubt, though, plenty of tea and a few choco biscuits!

@Spontaneo Right, this should give my nationality away! Depending on the time of day and mood I have a choice of Earl Grey, Assam, Rose Vanilla, your basic blends of Tetleys and Typhoo. plus Extra Strong English Breakfast and Afternoon tea. I like green tea with lemon as well. I think that counts as comprehensive!

@Ronrybs When I was younger, I drank Earl Grey. Such tea helped me to focus better on my school work.
