Coconut Salad

A few days ago, they bought a lot of coconuts from the market and said they will be making salad. I just opened cans while they remove the flesh. It's a good thing we have a huge fridge because Mom bought a lot more than she thought. Now I'm enjoying it as dessert after every meal. Seriously I thought it was made for mom's bday party. Maybe We will bring some when we visit my brothers house. Have a nice day

Looks yummy. Coconut water and coconuts are very good for health. Glad you are enjoying the yummy dessert everyday

Coconut is not our indigenous plant where I am.We can buy coconuts from stores,but hardly eat them.

I thought they are tree @changjiangzhibin89 and coconut is a fruit of some sort.
