I'm glad I didn't visit

Saturday my son and I were planning on him coming to my house on Sunday for him to do some work and then we were going to his house to watch a movie. Saturday night he called and said I didn't want to come to his house because his daughter had the stomach virus. It's a good thing I didn't go over there.
He called my last night and said that he had it and today when I called to check on him he said he wasn't feeling much better. I would sure hate to know I caught that. I think I'll wait to visit him for at least two more weeks! lol

Good thing you did not go you sure would not want to get it. Is he sure it is a big and not Covid?

No it was the stomach virus, all of them got tested for covid when his son got sick. None of them had it. When my grandson got tested he said it felt like they stuck that thing up to his brain, I laughed my butt off, that's the same thing I had told my son when they tested me one time. lol

@sweetashoney Glad it was not Covid and just a bug hope they are all better soon from it. Are the kids school age? If so I am sure that is where the bug was caught and brought home

He had to take his daughter to the dr, they give her some meds for the virus. She couldn't hold anything down, so they had to give a shot to calm her stomach. They done that because the dr said there wouldn't be any need of her taking any meds for the virus if she was just going to trow it back up.
So when my son got sick he knew what he had.

It must be, his son was sick a few days before that, then his daughter was sick and now he's come dow with it.

Yea I'm thankful that he let me know, I would have hated to come down sick to.
