This recipe is Indian but I am not sure whether it's from Bengal or North India. The word dhaba has however come from Punjab.
The dish consumes less time of cooking as we use minced chicken, some green peas, onions, garlic, ginger and some Indian chicken masala.
Fry the onions and garlic(which are cut into shreds). Add the green peas and minced chicken, cook it for sometimes uptil the vapour dries up. Add ginger paste and chicken masala and some water to mix all the ingredients in the wok or pan, cook for sometime and add tomato sauce or puree while its getting cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves. Salt and pince of sugar and tumeric according to your taste and liking.
