Installation Problem on Brand New System

When i try to install Windows NT Workstation 4.0 on Brand new Pentium 4, 2.66 GHz with SATA 80 GB hard disk it crashes and restarts during initial stages (during text mode installation) after CD-ROM File system screen it dumps memory and shows some message on the screen (with blue colr background and restarts very fast)) but it so fast i hardly able to see that error message. This repeats every time when i am running setup in both floopy disk mode as well in Boot from CD ROM mode..I request you to help me in fixing this problem. I want to know whether my new system configuration supports old OS like this...?
