I had a 7p.m. doctor appointment this evening. As usual, the doctor was late.
By the time I got out of my appointment, it was a little after eight p.m. After some checking, I realized that I'd missed the last bus of the night. 
I called my neighbor, but she didn't have a car, so she called a cab for me, and when I got home, I called her and she came out and paid the taxi driver. I fully intend to pay her back Friday when I get paid.
Sheesh. I sure am glad I'm staying home tomorrow.

Yeah, I could swear they ran at least until 9...but maybe that was a summer schedule, or they changed it.

Sorry for the inconveniences that you had to undergo. Hope all went well with your doctor appointment. It can be annoying when the appointments go late.
