I took a StayCation from work (Vacation where you stay home) so I could clean and organize my house! I made a schedule to keep myself on track! 3/11: Bathroom 3/12: Bedroom 3/13: Craftroom 3/14: Hallway 3/15: Entry Way 3/16: Living room 3/17: Dining room 3/18: Kitchen 3/19: Laundry room 3/20: Den Office, Son's Bedroom, Cars and outside if I finish early! Have you started your Sprinng Cleaning yet? Any tips, advice, or experience to share?

No spring cleaning here yet, but I do have a few projects I'm mulling over in my head. I think you have a great plan there and plenty of time. You can go to next step if you finish early or reward yourself to keep the motivation going!

I'm on a constant staycation! We haven't had a proper holiday in years! It's because my Step-Dad no longer likes to drive long distances for a long time, but it means I'm stagnating here and I need a breather! I haven't done any spring cleaning as such, but I am trying to do a bit of decluttering, although I haven't done much. I'm trying to do a little bit most days. I've managed to put some old papers in the recycle, instruction booklets for a little TV I longer own and a video recorder that is now obsolete. Other things have just been moved from one place to the other! I'm trying to sort out some things for the charity shop but all I've found so far is an ornate pocket watch and a mini game of backgammon that I've never used! We don't seem to play board games in our house any more.

Getting rid of things is hard, my husband has a hard time letting go of his mom's things, but I'm hoping as I organize it will be easier for him.

Pace yourself, and don't let yourself get discouraged if you don't finish. Take each a day at a time. Feel free to give yourself more time, if you need it.

I only took 1 week of work off so want to get as much as I can so I won't be too overwhelmed anymore. I definitely will be ok if I don't get it done if I make good progress.
