Bio cellular Diet

Hello friends, I am a breast cancer fighter and I am very careful with my diet. Last month I bought a diet for cancer for 20 days. The chef called it a bio cellular diet according to her it is an anti-cancer diet. The food consisted of vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and sweet potatoes. It usually comes in small servings that in the beginning, I didn't feel like eating. It is always a combination of the above-mentioned veggies and tasted bland. Of the three meals per day, only one meal has boiled black rice about 2 tablespoons only. Sometimes, tiny slices of mushroom were mixed and sometimes chickpeas but all throughout there were carrots and broccoli. I can say that it was effective because I felt good. It also reduced my weight from 66kg to 62kg. My joint pains became less painful and I felt lighter and easier to move. (The joint pain and the water retention I am experiencing were due to the side effects of the medicine I am taking every day.) I cannot continue having the bio cellular diet because it was quite expensive, so I decided to buy and prepare the same diet myself.

From everything I know I would have to agree that does look like an effective diet for cancer and even other conditions that include swelling and inflammation. I have to agree with making it yourself as it's got to be cheaper that way. Glad you are feeling better.

I am so glad you can prepare this yourself so it will save you the cost! And that this is working for you. You are a great champion to survive the cancer, a great spirit inside of you! It also seems garlic is very good for you too. You are very wise to change your diet and congrats also on the weight loss.

Losing 4kg in 20 days is good. Maybe another reason it's expensive is the veggies, ingredients, spices might also be organic.

I hope you get well soon from your illness. I agree with you, you should just cook broccoli and carrots yourself, so the cost is cheaper.
