Enjoying Balushahi Sweet made by Mom at Home!!!

Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. As most of you know we are a family of foodie. My mom is a great cook always trying new cuisines.
She makes amazing desserts too. Recently she has made Balushahi or Badushah. It's a traditional Indian dessert. Its similar to a glazed donut but different in taste and texture.
Balushahi is made from Maida Flour, Ghee and Sugar. It's quoted with sugar syrup. It's high in calories but it's very yummy. The dish is originated from Hyderabad city.

I too like balushahi and did try it once but it didn't come out well. Can you share the recipe on behalf of your mother.

It ideally is very sweet but this one made at home isn't that sweet thankfully
