How Do These People SLEEP at night? Are They Capable of Guilt? Remorse?

I watched last night's THE LAST WORD with Lawrence O'Donnell, and O'Donnell was disgusted by-Putin's forces' MASS-MURDER OF BABIES in Ukraine & -"FOX NEWS's" full approval of Putin's propaganda.
Does Putin KNOW his soldiers are killing infants? Does Rupert Murdoch (owner of "the propaganda-network" he calls FOX NEWS) KNOW his reporters are reaffirming Putin's falsehoods?
Or is Lawrence only showing us 'a part of the story'---Does FOX counter all of Putin's propaganda with reminders of the truth, and is Putin totally unaware of the infant deaths his soldiers are causing?
Or is Lawrence right, and Putin & Murdoch are just ruthless tyrants?

Putin knows. He gave the order. People who order such things and people who carry out such orders are sociopaths with no souls who feel nothing for the suffering of others. Trump is also such a person. He would have carried his sociopathy to this level if he could have gotten away with it in the US.

@antonbunot It's good that you hope for him to be like that--"Fake it 'til you Make it"--but he only loves the people who love him (just the way atheists think God is). Which is why he 'defends' the people who attacked the Capitol on January 6, 2021 (saying he'd PARDON all the rioters if he becomes President again 
).

@antonbunot I assume this is a sarcastic reply. Either that, or you have not spent any time researching Trump's history and business practices, his proven corruption, and his treatment of women and girls.
