Nice surprise...

...even if it did come about from my bad habit of sticking things places and forgetting them. 
I was getting a cup out of a cupboard to put some soup in and looked down at the cutting board on the counter. Sticking mostly out from under it was an envelope with my name on it.
Upon opening said envelope, I found a Christmas card from the parents of the twins at work, and a $25 Amazon Gift card. 
I have no idea how that got there, or even remembering receiving a gift from the twins last Christmas.
Oh, well, it was a nice surprise, anyway.

It is nice to get a surprise gift from the parents of the twins at work.
