The Cycle of life.

Hello, everyone. Praying for your good health. Today an idea popped into my mind and I start think9ing about it deeply. So I feel that I have to share with you people also. There are two events in our life Good and Bad. These are the basic conditions of ourselves that our mind triggers and release hormones accordingly. All this is related to our mentality and our mentality is impacted by our surroundings. When we want something and couldn't get it, we become sad and vice versa. I would want to give an example of my friend. He has a problem with the hostel seat which the department not allowing him. He has been struggling for the previous month, but all in vain. The one-week holiday increases his frustration more. Now he is very sad all the time and sometimes speaks against the university all the time. On the contrary, I am, as I have allotted with hostel seat and gratefully my studies are also good. So I am very happy with my life. Now the problem is our thinking pattern, which is a bigger question, how could we improve and bring positive thinking in such situations? I am very worried about my friend as his studies are also disturbed. Please give out me some suggestions that we could handle this situation in a better way.

I would suggest to your friend based on book that I have read dealing with depression to do some volunteer work and staying busy doing something he enjoys, he will feel better. There is a saying from self help speakers is to never give up pursuing your dream work since success takes time and to trust the good works system.
