House Appraisal

Today we had a guy come to do a house appraisal for us because we are getting a 2nd mortgage. I have no idea really what the appraisal does for us, only that we had to pay for it in order to acquire the 2nd mortgage. Ugh.
It's a rainy day today. Hoping for better weather tomorrow so we can get outside.

Cute pictures. The bank needs an appraisal of your home because it is being put up for collateral.

It's crazy. They come in for like 5 mins, take a few pics and leave... $500 down the drain.

Wow, I am glad I don't have to deal with that anymore. My husband and I successfully paid off our house.
