I have made progress on my building Downtown. Not just on the outside but the inside too. On the outside I got rid of the boot, the 2 cactus and the drift wood. We also removed the sign. For the outside the trim around the top needs to be replaced and all the little rocks need to be removed. Going to fill in the flower beds with bricks and white wash them. The one window in time will need to be replaced because it is broken. The inside still needs a ton of work but I am slowly bit surely getting it done! How is your weekend going?

I actually really like how it looked before so I look forward to seeing what it looks like when you get it all done the way you want!

I am wanting more of a black and white European bistro feel.

That is much better inside the bones so to speak is always the hardest part. Good for you restorations my favorite thing in this world because it is so hard to bring that prettiness back. Much respect.

Thank you, lots of work but it is now safer and the windows can be more of a focal point.

@Meggan Indeed, I like how you guys tried to stay true to original. Always something to be said about that in my opinion.

The gumboot looked a curious specimen there. Is it a souvenir or meant to be worn by somebody

It is meant to be a flowerpot. It didn't fit the look I was going for so I gave it to my sister
