I always prepare something special on Sundays. A breakfast that is feeling having quite a lot of ingredients.
This Sunday on the 3rd of April I prepared a special aloo paratha that was shared on my Facebook wall.
I smashed potatoes were not stuffed in the dough but mixed with a powdered beaten rice, wheat flour (maida), some clarified butter, coriander leave shreds made into a dough. The parathas turned out to be soft which I had with some boondi raita. I ended my breakfast with some orange juice.

Sounds complicated. I usually have porridge for breakfast on a weekend.

It's not complicated. Only you have to make a dough of the 3 ingredients. Using spices is an option. It's easy.

@aninditasen I just don’t like eating breakfast. I have a big coffee and food doesn’t taste good with it I don’t think. As leftovers the eggs and potatoes don’t taste as good. The texture changes when heated up.

@shaggin You don't like the food served not the breakfast. Try to change the breakfast menu and you will start taking breakfast.

No, we take it with raita which is made with curd and salted boondi. Some roasted cumin seed powder is sprinkled on top of the raita.

I usually take eggs with bread made as French toast but I don't take potatoes in breakfast excepting in aloo parathas.

There's no lot of work. Just as you make wheat flour dough, here you have to make the dough with wheat flour, smashed potatoes and beaten rice powder.

It's a Rajasthani kind of paratha which was shared on my Facebook wall and so I made it and liked it because they were soft and filling.
