Bing Rewards told me today's World Health Day AND National (American) Burrito Day! (Saying Something about American Health?)

I take 'kind-of a shortcut' on the "healthiness" of my diet, and I suppose most of its 'excess' is handled by my "intermittent fasting" (which I always called 'just two meals a day'). And the burritos I usually eat are 'frozen, pre-wrapped burritos.' Are you eating something special for 'healthy burrito' day?

Intermittent fasting has a lot of health benefits. Well, I choose healthy meals most of the time. My diabetes has taught me to be very disciplined

I also have 'some health-concerns' that influence my diet. One is that I'm not very active, so I don't NEED as many calories as most people.

So are they telling you to choose between burritos and good health? Or choose healthy burritos? Or that burritos are particularly healthy??
